These look great! But here is a question re: flour- recipe calls for Caputo GF pizza flour but then has a note for Celiac folks to use King Arthur flours. Is there a reason for that?
Hi! All celiac people can use Caputo. I suggest King Arthur for those with a specific wheat allergy (different from celiac which is an autoimmune reaction to gluten). Of course if you’re celiac you can use either but Caputo is best if you can find it!
